Deposits

This Refund Policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and adjustments are handled for products and services purchased from Tesla Energy.
Project Deposits
Deposits secure equipment procurement and engineering work. Refunds are available within 7 days of payment provided that no materials have been ordered or engineering work has commenced.
Equipment Returns
- Unopened equipment may be returned within 14 days, subject to inspection.
- Custom-fabricated components and special orders are non-refundable.
- Return shipping and restocking fees (up to 15%) may apply.
Service Cancellations
If a project is cancelled after installation has begun, refunds are prorated based on work completed and materials consumed.
Warranty Claims
Defective products covered by manufacturer warranty will be repaired or replaced following the manufacturer’s process. Refunds are issued only if a replacement is unavailable.
